Our Team

Tracy is a true Texan. She was born in Dallas and raised in East Texas. It was when she was 14 years old that she put her fingers on her first guitar. Out of sheer determination, she taught herself how to play it. Immediately, she began her career as a songwriter and worship leader. Tracy has been in church all her life, surrounded by wonderful leaders like Pastor Michael Williams, Robbie Moore, the late Pastor John Osteen, and Jerry Savelle, a televangelist. Her first production was on a cassette tape. From there, of course, she evolved to produce on CDs, which has now changed to the global technology of the Internet. She has been part of different bands, quartets, and worship teams. The names Russ Taff, Charlotte Ritchie, Gene McDonald, and dozens of other well-known artists are part of the ones whom she has performed with. As a worship leader for her local church, she leads people in person, as well as on their live broadcast every week. Her videos are seen by thousands of people every month. There are hundreds of testimonies of believers who have experienced the touch of the Holy Spirit through her songs.

I’m driven by a love for quality, music, and intelligent storytelling. My passion is using creative design to make a positive impact! I have the joy of leading a fantastic team at VC, where we’re dedicated to "Saving souls with our skills" through our 24/7 Live Broadcast, TV apps, and website—projects I love overseeing. My perfect balance? Days filled with drums, software, and carpentry, followed by peaceful mountain nights with my dog and the soothing sounds of nature.
